PCManFM / menu-cached CPU usage Fix

This is a friendly nudge to make sure run your system updates today if you have not recently. You can do this via the eepDater system tool that comes pre-installed or by running the following commands in Terminology:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

The updates placed into the Bodhi repositories this morning clean up an annoying bug in our default file manager, PCManFM, that caused it’s menu-cached process to gobble up 100% CPU usage when using the “open with” menu in the file manager.
